Gleeful, my love...

I love Gleeful a Mineralize blush from MAC, it's a dusty pinky-brick color with a hint of shimmer. I adore Gleeful and it's maybe my favorite blush from MAC!

...while looking for something in my makeup drawers, I found the blush Blushing Rose from e.l.f studio line and in the jar it looked really like Gleeful...

...as you can see they look alike in their jars but not on the skin, Blushing Rose is way more pink than Gleeful.

  14. Pretty! I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm not really a fancy makeup kinda girl - I just buy whatever is on sale! This post has me thinking that it might be time for a tiny splurge. This makeup isn't really that expensive, is it?

  15. Hey doll! I had this blush awhile ago but for some reason did not like it from what I remember. I ended up swapping it but many gals wanted it! I tend to stay away from anything red, brick, or rosey. I don't mind a very slight undertone of those though. I felt it was too much on the "red" side for me and I felt it made my cheeks look burnt. I need better brushes as mine are drugstore, that may make a difference in color choices for me?! Who knows. It looks good on you though!! ♥

  16. I have that shade of MAC blusher and it looks so beautiful on a bronzed body. Now that i'm pale again i make sure i mix it with some moisturizer so that the colour is softer on my skin and i dont look like a barbie :)

  20. It's so strange how two products can look so similar yet work so differently on the skin. Love the colours!

  21. ELF's packaging looks soooo much like NARS'! Craziness!

I have been really into blushes lately. I don't own any from MAC or ELF! You should send these blushes to your pal, Kate Gene. ;) Ha ha ha!
