Homemade Mixing Medium and Some ELF Mineral Eyeshadows swatches.

Hi Everyone,
Last week I decided to make my own Mixing Medium, what's Mixing Medium?
"Mixing Medium has the ability to transform almost any loose powder mineral makeup or cosmetic product into a variety of formulations and colors."

Ingredients:
-Pur Glycerin (I bought mine on eBay here)
-Water
Recipe: In a small container add 1 part glycerin and 3 parts purified or regular water and that's it. Shake it well, damp your brush (slightly) in the Mixing Medium then in the loose pigments and apply it directly on your lid.

Here is the result I got using my homemade Mixing Medium. Top: Mineral eyeshadow (no primer no nothing), Bottom: Same mineral eyeshadow with Mixing Medium. I love how creamy the shadow looks, it's more intense, thicker, super easy to apply and last all DAY.

Have you tried this? do/did you like it? Personally I adore it and I am going to use this little "Magic potion" a lot.
Now let's talk about the really great Mineral Eyeshadow from e.l.f

I decided to try their Mineral Eye shadows ($3 but %50 off with Coupon Carolina), to be honest on the website the colors weren't attractive at all, but after browsing blogs, I found some very pretty and interesting colors so I gave it a try and I am glad I did.
The colors I picked are:
Socialite, Royal...

Confident, Caffeinated and Wild (this last one was nicely sent to me by the Lovely Chloé from Chloe Beauty NYC, check her blog and Youtube's Channel she is a Doll)

The colors are Amazing I love them all.
Here are the swatches. I could have done a better job swatching these, because they are really more vibrant than this...Oh well I will have to practice swatching now (lol)

Btw, I didn't use the Mixing Medium with this swatches (Obviously lol)
Hope you liked it and I wish everyone a GREAT WEEK-END !

WOW 1000 Followers???? Seriously??? Thank you so much...
Love,
Chloé.

The Shoes !!!!

3 days ago I bought this Nail polish from Revlon in "Grey Suede" I think it's not a pretty color at all it's too sheer and nothing Grey about it...Don't recommend this !

Amazing Contour Palette - You can't Go wrong now (Before and After Pictures)

Hi Everyone,
If you know me (read me), you must know that I am a contour freak (lol). That's why I ordered (few months ago) THE Contour palette from eBay (here) it is the exact same that the Coastal scents one but for a fraction of the price (CS just buy their products from China, and put their label on it).
This is to me the perfect contour palette and I am sure it will works for (almost) everyone, because you can mix the colors together to make your own personal shades...I absolutely recommend this to anyone, it's a must have !

This is how the HUGE palette looks (as you can see I broke one of the color....Sad face)

6 mattes colors very well pigmented: 1) white, 2) peachy-beige, 3) light brown with yellow undertone, 4) light yellow, 5) dark brown

Here is a picture of me with absolutely nothing on my cheeks (don't like it so much)...

This is the colors I picked for my Contour and Highlight of the day. It worked perfectly !

And Voilà ! an airbrushed contour, I am loving the flawless effect. Guarantee NO PHOTOSHOP.

Before // After

Today I wore the Saucy Polish from Eyeko, just like every other Eyeko polishes it incredibly easy to apply it's thick and glossy and 100% streak FREE. I am only wearing 1 coat can you believe it ??

Hope you have an AMAZING week,
Love...Chloé.
