I can't believe, I can blog again! some of you may already know (via twitter) but I couldn't access my blogger account for weeks!!! It is the second time this happens to me. Am I the only one having those kind of issues with blogger.com? Please let me know.
OK back to the topic, today I am going to show you one of my simplest OOTD ever, as you know I really love basic and earthy colors, but I am starting to love neon colors a lot...
So here is my "Just a touch of Neon" Outfit of the Day :)

Shorts: old Levi's 501 Jeans that I cut as shorts.
Clutch: Louis Vuitton
and...Converse All Star
Lace Bra: Victoria's Secret
As you can see I decided to go "Jet Black" with my hair...

The outfits very casual, but with that small amount of colour it can change the whole effect of the look. In all, i would definately wear that outfit on a day out.
